We truly appreciate you shopping at AfroBoho. We are a tiny family business (just the two of us), yet Jay has vast experience, and we pride ourselves on uniqueness and top quality gemstones. We also make almost everything by hand, and are nor perfect. If we sold paper clips we’d have no problem leaving you at the mercy of our ChatGPT generated policy below. Please, please reach out if there is a problem with your purchase at info@afroboho.co.za. We will certainly endeavour to return your money if the gems we advertise turn out to be something else on testing. We are too aware of gemstones being named and sold by colour, and not scientific geological structure. We are also too aware of gemstones being sold as natural when they are enhanced, a practise that dramatically alters their value, unbeknown to many unsuspecting shoppers. With gemstones we do advise the old adage, if it’s too cheap to be true, it isn’t. Yet there will be a glitch here or there, and we will fix it, either way, so please reach out to us first. We know each situation is as unique as our jewelry. We really want your pieces to become family heirlooms.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these criteria.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
