Natural 7.8g en-hydro phantom quartz from Namibia. The quartz has slight amethyst inclusions. The setting is a bio-compatible chrome and cobalt alloy to avoid silver and oxide for those with allergic reactions. A collaboration with local jeweler Martin-Jacques who developed the technique following his time studying dental technology. The quartz crystal we collected ourselves at source on a gemology trip with the Cape Town Gem and Mineral Club.
NB: This piece will be supplied with a leather adjustable string only, due to the nature of the non-allergic metals, but please get in touch should you need us to provide or design a fitting attachment.
