We came across these water buffalo horn rings at the Gem and Jewelry Fair in Bangkok, yet they originate from Vietnam. The young artisans were so friendly, and their product so sexy we bought a few. Buffalo horn is carved and then treated with a lacquer. The horn is a by-product and ethically sourced.

NB: This is not a product made by AfroBoho, but rather as the category suggests, is part of the jewelry we have collected on our travels that attracted our attention and interest. In this case we just fell in love with these water buffalo horn products lacquered with all these sexy colours at the Bangkok Gem and Jewelry Show. The Vietnamese selling them were also the friendliest, and they had these tiny stalls and were obviously new in the market.
